Your order will be shipped by Fastway Couriers/Sendle or Australia Post Goods are normally shipped within one day of receipt, or first business day Expected shipping and Handling time as follows: unless Express shipping selected 2 - 4 days We allow these times before we send out the search party ha ha... QLD 7-12 DAYS delivery, NSW 10-14 DAYS delivery, VIC 12-21 DAYS delivery, SA 21-28, and WA and PERTH 21- 32 DAYS Please allow longer delivery times closer to Christmas, as we have a very high demand at that time. Refunds and exchanges must be made ( us to be notified) within 7 days after you have received your item/s and we will issue you with a return code
We are happy to exchange an item if it is faulty only
If you have made a wrong selection, or changed your mind or if an item was delivered as an upgrade, we will exchange the item, however shipping costs both ways will be paid by YOU the buyer. All returns/exchanges must be in new condition and original packaging and be all items of the set if items have been delivered or purchased as a set(part of a set can not be returned for refund or exchange).
